Really good and pleasant staff and lovely breakfast.

Newly remodelled family room, good beds. Clean functional bathroom. Perfect and stunning location just off the beach or something, the beach side and a nice garden surrounding, family ambience. Also, close to everything in Cha Am

The room was pleasant, well designed and always very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful

No English TV, swimming pool too hot, Room didn't have a proper shower, only hand held, no support bracket. Reception odd, outdoors, not a relaxing place, the place doesn't know its identity - whether it's aiming at families, relaxing breaks, romantic holidays etc. Not good value for money - very expensive for Thailand for what offered. Their Website misleading as the room advertised us was different to what we got on arrival.

The hotel is located on beach side and there are many shops and restaurant surrounding. I love their pool although it's quit small. Hotel staffs are friendly.

Pool is quit small. No towel rack is available in bathroom.

This place is in a great spot, near a garden, park, and just a stone's throw away from the beach.

Lovely big pool, staff all very helpful, food at the restaurant really good, rooms have aircon, free wi fi (which was so useful as we were sranded due to volcano and needed to know what was going on with flights etc).

Neeshys Cafe, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. Free parking on site was provided. Lovely place for weekend in Cha-Am. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly...

At Bann Pantai Resort, we got great value for our money with a spacious corner room and a cosy balcony.

The breakfast selection could be improved to offer more variety.

It's location is great - 2.5hours from Bangkok, 20 min to Hua Hin town and a self-contained hotel with such wonderful staff. The pool's very nice and the beach is just across the street. Lots of little restaurants on left and right of the hotel. Very charming and quiet, perfect for a family who wants to take it slow and have a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city

The swimming pool and garden area was just perfect. Breakfast and Chef service was excellent both from an european view and regarding thai dishes. Highly Recomendable. Air conditioned training facilities inkluding table tennis just next to the swimming pool was a very nice touch..

Mind-blowingly central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Super clean rooms and a jaw-droppingly large pool.

A great hotel in a fab quiet location away from the city feel of Hua Hin. Be aware the latter is a 30 km journey by taxi on a freeway and if you are chasing hh for the night market you need to be staying closer to it or be prepared to fork out 400-500 baht for a one way trip. We were at the end of our trip and after a relax by the pool and beach so this was a good option a short 2 hr drive from Bangkok. The beach is clean and frequented by locals and Bangkok weekenders who come in their hordes for day trips in party buses. Don't let this put you off! The water is clean but by no means turquoise like some of the pics. We spent the majority of our time in the vast pool.

It was conveniently located just across the road from the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony where we could relax and soak up the sun. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed. it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
